Changes to Stamp 4 permit

Eligibility for a Stamp 4 has reduced from 2 years to 21 months for people with the following Stamp 1 and Stamp 1H immigration permissions:

• Critical Skills Employment Permit
• Hosting Agreement as a Researcher
• Multi-Site General Employment Permit as a Non-Consultant Hospital Doctor

For people on a general employment permit, eligibility for a Stamp 4 is reduced from 5 years to 57 months.
