New payment for jobseekers from 31 March

From 31 March 2025, the new Jobseeker’s Pay-Related Benefit (JPRB) is available 💼 💸

💵 The amount you get is linked to your previous earnings.

To qualify, you must:

✅ Become fully unemployed on or after 31 March 2025

✅ Be under 66 (or under 70 if deferring your State Pension)

✅ Be actively seeking full-time work

✅ Have enough PRSI contributions (Class A, H, or P)

In certain circumstances, you will not get JPRB.
